Regardless of your chosen sport, and whether you are a serious athlete or a weekend warrior, your performance is important to you. We want to get better at the things we enjoy.

I like to think of myself as a member of your team. Your goals and dreams are as important to me as they are to you. When I take a case history, I like to know why your goals are important to you. Why do you want to run that first 5k, or your fifth marathon, or lift that weight which seems impossible?

When we take steps to moving towards our goals and dreams, we all experience road-blocks which hinder our progress. I work with you to work out what these road blocks are, and then try to find solutions to help us overcome them.

This is why each session with me is individually tailored to suit your specific circumstances. I don’t offer cookie-cutter treatments because they don’t work.

It could be that your big toe hurts every-time you run for more than half an hour, or that your shoulder plays you up every time you bench press. It could be any number of niggles which you feel are keeping you back from achieving your goals.
